We supply high-quality circular knives for the tobacco industry, designed for precise tobacco cutting in production machines used by tobacco product manufacturers.
GRAFS knives are made of top-quality materials, providing high wear resistance, excellent cutting quality and long life even in continuous operation.
Available materials include:
- HSS steel,
- tool steel with increased abrasion resistance,
- cemented carbide (TC),
- ultra-fine-grain cemented carbide for applications with the highest durability requirements.
Each knife is made according to the customer's technical documentation or as a high-quality replacement for original knives used in the tobacco industry. We also make knives to a supplied sample.
Each product undergoes quality control, including verification of dimensions, blade geometry and workmanship.
Knives are carefully packed in secure transport packaging, ensuring full protection during delivery.
NOTE: All knives of this type are made to order. The standard lead time is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the knife type and the chosen material.
