Zund knife Z50 – rotary blade 3910335 (replacement) is a precise decagonal rotary blade made of cemented carbide, fully compatible with cutting plotters Zünd (S3, G3, L3), Humantec and Lectra MFC. The blade, with a diameter of 25 mm, an angle of 36° and maximum cutting depth 5 mm was designed for efficient, clean cutting of fibrous materials such as technical fabrics, aramid, carbon and glass fibres, as well as felt and nonwovens. It is a reliable alternative to the original blade, offering long life and performing perfectly in advanced production, minimising fraying and increasing cutting precision.

Additionally, the blade can be coated with specialised protective coatingsthat increase its durability and improve its working properties:

• DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) – an ultra-hard black carbon coating with a very low coefficient of friction that significantly extends blade life, reduces wear and protects against corrosion. Ideal for cutting difficult, fibrous and abrasive materials.
