Professional sharpening of shredding knives for wood chippers

We sharpen knives for chippers: ALBACH, BRUKS, JENZ, TEKNAMOTOR, STILER, HONDA and others!

Our grinding shop offers grinding and sharpening services for shredder knives, particularly chipper knives. Prices are for a single knife made of tool steel, with normal wear and no significant damage. If complete removal of the missing pieces is necessary, the grinding cost is determined individually depending on the scope of work.

How to place an order?

1. Select the number of bevels for the blade:

Chipper knives can have one or two bevels on the blade. For two bevels, select "2 bevels" from the list. Then, select the knife length.

2. Choose length:

In this field, enter the knife length. The price is valid for individual knife lengths (if the knife length is, for example, 750 mm, then select the length "L = 701 to 1000 mm".

3. Complete your order:

Please complete your order by specifying the desired number of tools and then clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then proceed to checkout, where you confirm your payment and choose your delivery options. Finally, confirm your order.

4. Send blunt knives for sharpening to the following address:

5. IMPORTANT: Please include a note with your order number and address . This will allow us to quickly and efficiently process your order, allowing us to begin processing your tools. This will ensure you receive your sharpened knives quickly and without the risk of any errors.

6. Fulfillment and return shipping:

Sharpened knives are shipped to the return address the same day we complete the grinding and after payment confirmation. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days. If a longer delivery time is required, the customer will be notified immediately.

What does the regeneration process look like in our grinding shop?

After unpacking, the instruments are thoroughly cleaned if necessary. They are then inspected and assessed for any damage or defects.

We sharpen our knives on an automatic grinder equipped with an electromagnetic table. We can sharpen chipper knives in sets, ensuring that all knives have the same cutting edge height after grinding, which is crucial for maintaining the tool's high quality, proper operation, and long service life.

Once the process is complete, the knives are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
