GRAFS GRfix-1000e

The GRAFS GRfix series grinder is designed for rough and very efficient grinding of steel surfaces.

The grinder features a number of improvements that ensure high-quality grinding for many years of use. It is equipped with a permanent electromagnetic chuck ( the GRfix-1000e model has dimensions of 300x1000 mm ). Proper cooling is provided by a cooling system with a reservoir and a magnetic coolant separator with a rotating drum (model MS60).

The standard motor power of the grinder is 11 kW. The mounting bracket, developed in-house, allows for quick removal and installation of the segmented grinding wheel using just three mounting screws. The Ø300 mm grinding wheel is equipped with six electrocorundum stones of appropriate grit. The carriage is equipped with top-quality rolling rollers (PWTR) , ensuring quiet and smooth operation. It runs on replaceable hardened steel belts.

The GRfix model is equipped with PLC control + 7″ HMI Mitsubishi panel , enabling easy programming of the grinding process (operation without infeed, automatic infeed 0.001–0.05 mm, sparking, pause), as well as remote service support via Wi-Fi .

A special laser sensor allows the machine to “read” the height of the detail and determine the target thickness on the panel after grinding.

The machine is ideal for rough grinding of steel plates – wherever high performance and stability are required.

The GRfix grinder is a 100% Polish product, built exclusively with European components. The machine is electrically tested, has a Polish manual, and comes with an EU declaration of conformity (CE mark).
