We specialize in professional sharpening of circular knives used in various industries – from printing and packaging, through foil, paper and cardboard processing, to the textile and plastics industries.
We grind both HSS steel knives and sintered carbide (HM) knives .

What do we sharpen?

• Straight and oblique circular knives, with diameters ranging from several mm to 500 mm.

• Folding, cutting and perforating knives.

• Knives with protective coatings (e.g. TiN, DLC, Teflon) – preserving the coating if possible.

• Knives from various manufacturers – domestic and foreign.

How does sharpening work at GRAFS?

1. Dismantling the knife from the machine – it is important to thoroughly clean it of any remaining material and lubricants before shipping.

2. Preparing your order – in our store you choose the knife diameter and the number of pieces.

3. Shipping to our service center – please include a note with your order number and address in your package to speed up identification.

4. Precision sharpening – we work on industrial grinders with angle guides and liquid cooling to maintain perfect edge geometry and avoid overheating.

5. Quality control – we check radial runout, blade uniformity and sharpness around the entire circumference.

6. Tool returns – once sharpening is complete and payment has been received, we ship the knives back. Standard turnaround time, including shipping, is 2–3 days.
