In our grinding shop, we offer sharpening of paper cutters and guillotines used in the printing and packaging industries.

Information about the knife sharpening service for slicers:

The price listed on the product page ( PLN 1.00 net ) is for 1 centimeter of the knife's length for a blade made of HSS steel. For knives with a carbide insert (TC/HM/WIDIA), the price is PLN 1.50 net per centimeter. For larger losses on the cutting edge, an additional fee for the labor involved will be charged – determined individually before sharpening.

To place an order you must:

1. Select the knife material from the list:

You should choose HSS or WIDIA material.

2. Select quantity:

When ordering, please specify the total length of the knife (or knives) in cm. If you are ordering a single 100 cm HSS knife, select the material "HSS" from the list and enter the quantity "100." If you are ordering two 100 cm knives, enter the quantity "200," etc. If you encounter any complications with your order or have individual service requirements, please contact us.

3. IMPORTANT: Please include a note with your order number and address.

We can then quickly assign your order. This saves us time and allows us to begin sharpening your tools, and you'll receive your tools back just as quickly. This eliminates the risk of errors.

4. After processing, we send the knives to the return address

On the same day, after completing the work and confirming that the payment has been made, we will send your tools back.

Sharpening is usually completed within 2 to 3 business days.

Please note: Shipping bulky, heavy, or long packages: The sharpening service fee includes return shipping for packages weighing no more than 30 kg and measuring no more than 120 x 60 x 60 cm. For larger and heavier items, customers must deliver them themselves and pick them up from our sharpening shop. Upon request, we can arrange delivery of long knives for an additional fee using our service drivers, courier companies, or carriers specializing in large-volume transport.

What happens when you sharpen slicer knives?

We sharpen industrial knives, including slicing knives, on our precision grinders with an electromagnetic table. During the grinding process, the knife is cooled with a suitable cooling emulsion to minimize blade heat buildup. After the grinding process, the knives are professionally deburred by experienced grinders. This ensures the knife receives a final polish and professional quality from our sharpening service. We have over 12 years of experience sharpening industrial knives, and we began sharpening primarily slicing knives, so we provide the highest quality service and expert assistance.
